If you were registered and paid for the Spring 2020 draft season, please fill out the following form and indicate which method you paid with (e-transfer for credit card), and then select the type of refund you would like to receive. It is important that you fill out this form regardless of whether you want a refund or a credit towards future seasons, as we may be shut down for months and do not want to rely on memory to know who is owed credits when we finally do start back up.

Please keep in mind, Winter 2020 season is not eligible for refunds. All teams who missed games will receive a free drop-in for each game that was cancelled.
