Waiver – required for all players in the league. Each player must submit one per season (not one per team, one per season).

Roster Submission (form only available during registration windows) – This is for your team’s initial roster submission and is only for teams that have paid for their spot. If you submit a roster for a team that has not been registered/paid for disciplinary actions will be enacted, including (but not limited to) forfeiting your free roster change, forfeit of games, and expulsion from the league.

Roster Changes – This is for any subsequent roster changes after submitting your initial roster.

Retire a team name – If your team had a good run but is now retiring and you want the team name to be retired with you, please fill out this form and have yourselves added to the hall of fame. Only you will be able to un-retire said team name.
